We offer refunds under the following conditions: You purchased a store from our website & kept it open with an active Shopify subscription for a minimum of 90 days & ran at least ONE marketing campaign with a minimum budget of $50 for a minimum of 3+ days for any one of the products included on your store.

If within the 90 days you still generated a total of $0.00 in sales, you would be eligible for a refund. If your store generated even $1.00 in sales, you would not be eligible for a refund.
